1. About these terms

These terms govern use of the yomimile app and this website provided by 19LAB. Review and agree to them before using the service. Minors must obtain their legal guardian’s consent.

2. Features

The service provides reading records, a bookshelf, calendar, book counts and reading goals. Books in progress and page-progress management require Premium. Metadata and covers come from external services and may be unavailable or differ from your edition. You can enter books manually.

3. Your records

The initial release has no app login or cloud sync. Records and settings are stored on this device, without cross-device transfer. Rights in your notes remain with you or the rightful owner. Do not enter infringing content or unnecessary personal information. Device failure, resetting or deleting the app may cause loss. Export important records as CSV; CSV import and record restoration are not supported. Restoring Premium does not restore records.

4. Premium purchases

Plans, prices, billing periods and included features are shown in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation; those terms apply at purchase. Prices may vary by region, taxes and updates. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew and charge for the selected period unless canceled. The one-time non-consumable purchase unlocks the included features while the service continues, without recurring charges. It does not guarantee perpetual operation or every future separately sold feature. Purchases are billed to your Apple Account under Apple’s terms. Use Restore Purchases when reinstalling with the same Apple Account.

5. Renewal, cancellation and refunds

Turn off renewal in Apple’s subscription settings at least 24 hours before the next renewal; check Apple’s screen for exact dates and terms. Access usually remains until the paid period ends. Deleting the app or data, or buying the one-time plan, does not by itself cancel an existing subscription. Check for overlapping subscriptions. Refund eligibility and procedures follow Apple’s rules and applicable law; request refunds through Apple. We cannot directly reverse Apple charges. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

6. Prohibited conduct

Do not break laws, infringe rights, gain unauthorized access, manipulate purchases, bypass authentication, overload systems or disrupt the service. Unauthorized copying, redistribution or analysis of the app or assets is prohibited except where law permits it. Serious violations may result in necessary and proportionate restrictions. Except in emergencies, we will provide reasons and an opportunity to correct the issue.

7. Rights and external services

The program, logo, Yomidori characters and design belong to 19LAB or the rightful owners. Book covers and metadata belong to their respective rights holders. External purchases and services have their own terms. Some book links are affiliate advertisements; whether to purchase is your choice.

8. Service changes

We may change or interrupt features for maintenance, faults, changes to external services or other reasonable grounds. Except in emergencies, significant changes or closure will be announced with reasonable notice in the app or on this website. Impacts on paid features will be handled with regard to user rights and applicable law.

9. Responsibility

We provide the service with reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability is governed by applicable law. These terms do not exclude or limit liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liability that mandatory consumer law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

10. Personal information

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal and related information.
